When one of our technicians comes to your home or office to assess your TV, this fee covers:

✔ Assess Cable Management Needs
✔ Confirm Hauling Requirements
After the Visit: You place the order for the identified part(s). Once they arrive, just let us know and we’ll schedule your in-home repair.
On-Phone Diagnostic — $99
We’ll walk you through troubleshooting via call or video, then:
✔ Identify Model + Serial Numbers
✔ Pinpoint Which Part You Need
✔ Compare Repair vs. Replacement
✔ Quote Current New-TV Pricing + Mount
✔ Assess Cable Management Needs

Fee: $140-$160 (based on complexity and travel)
When you have the correct part on hand, we’ll:
✔ Verify the Part
✔ Remove the TV from Its Mount/Stand
✔ Install & Calibrate the New Component
✔ Update Software/Firmware
✔ Remount & Level Your TV
✔ Remote Control Configuration
✔ Haul Away Old Unit for Additional Fee (only available for TV’s 75” or smaller)

Flat Fee: $150 - Includes:
